doctors advice.

I have always sat at such a weight as that I teeter on the border of overweight 58 kilos on a not tiny frame at under 5 foot 3, between october 2010 & october 2011 I went from 62 kilos to 79 & have from october till april  returned to 68 kilos with a waist of 77cm.
I can't help but be offended that my doctor feels I will not be healthy till I reach 52 kilos a weight I have not held since age 12 particularly given that friends & family have been on occasion worried for me when I dipped below 56, I am frankly tire of this stupid weight issue, I am tired of my body being criticized by  doctors the media & those around me.
I am offended by the assumption that I am a crap eating layabout & threatened with diabetes & the like.

I am shooting for a muscular 56-58 kilos with a waist of under 72cm & that shall be it, fuck doctors & fuck anyone with a an issue about it.

finally the garden yields

The soil in the subdivided block I live on is very poor, as in fed it multiple rounds of greenn manures & sprinklings of blood & bone & charlie carp & it didn't do much to help, all crop withered & curled except the pumpkins & zuchs, didn't see anything from most of the zuchs & the pumpkins keep  getting ruined by neighbour the crazy but two days back trystan found that the trombonicio had actually produced 3 fruits a few hundred grams each, we had them in dinner & I'm half considering doing some last minute baking with them & my last bit of pumpkin for road snacks.

It has been hard for my mental state not to have a decent area of garden over the last few years I have sought sanity among my green friends & the benefit of not having to buy my carrots or pumpkin or whatever for months at a time was just the icing on the cake.

I'm hoping that my next rental will have the space to wander among green beds & let me half peace in watering & checking my plants & relocating the critters I may not want never mind that the digging strengthens my core & arms so my pain is barely a concern to me.

Of to see family last fibre for a week.

I have been crazy busy planning my trip to armidale, trying to get confident driving & dying up fibre 7 then being a bum & not listing it as I should & now todays photos are gone from my camera 9 of them at least which is quite annoying.
